Deposits and Cancellations:
Mid-week stays:There is no minimum and a one night deposit is required at time of booking. If reservations are cancelled before September 20, 2013 deposit will be returned less a $25 service fee per room. Cancellations made after September 20, 2013 will result in loss of deposit.
Weekend stays: Three night minimum stay required. A three-night deposit is required per room at time of booking. If reservations are cancelled before September 20, 2013 deposit will be refunded less a service fee equal to one night's stay. Cancellations made after September 20, 2013 will result in loss of entire three-night deposit.
Halloween stays: Three night minimum stay required. A three-night deposit is required per room at time of booking. If reservations are cancelled before September 20, 2013 deposit will be refunded less a service fee equal to one night's stay. Cancellations made after September 20, 2013 will result in loss of entire three-night deposit.
Deposits are required for each reservation and must be received within one week of making your reservation. If deposit is not received within the allotted time, reservations will be automatically cancelled without notice. Deposit is credited to the last night of reservation, balance is due on arrival. Deposits are not refunded for shortened stays. Please understand exceptions cannot be made for any reason during this busy time.
Since your deposit is non-refundable after September 20, 2013, we suggest purchasing travel insurance in the event of some unforseen cancellation
Please note that our fireplaces are not operational in October. Taxes are not included in the rates.
Pets are allowed in our Captain West House(by prior arrangement and with a $30 charge).
